We represent a partnership of 10 regional and national community-based organizations and 18 academic institutions, including schools of public health, and schools of medicine. We build upon these long-standing partnerships and the breadth of our expertise to catalyze collaborations and partnerships in diabetes research and programming between community organizations, health systems, and researchers across all communities and settings.
